About time someone reviewed this. Review is a bit short, but this album sucks so it doesn't matter. Nice work!

I gotta be honest I didn't really have much to say and didn't want to shit on it too much. They returned from this sour note real fast.

That is definitely true. They have been pretty consistent since this release.

Oh yeah they bounced back super hard, they're one of the most consistent DM/Grind/Crust bands around

This album gets smacked around by ND fans, I actually consider it underrated and a better experimental album than Inside the Torn Apart.

both of those records are whatever, not much of a defense when they've made much better

Not saying its better than their usual stuff, but I find decent groove/death metal and better than what most people give it credit for.

I really enjoyed Inside The Torn Apart to be fair. I even like Diatribes too.

"WFTEW marks a shift towards a more death metal oriented sound"
i mean they went dm for a while up to this point

Not as bad as i thought it will be, slightly better thant the previous two that where really bland
How i rank the albums with the alternative logo which mark a change on their style from the 90s:
Fear > Words > Inside > Diatribes

The Infiltraitor is highest tier Napalm Death IMO. I rather found the few records after this to be a rehash of earlier stuff: fan service and auto pilot mode, the legacy band phase. Unlike most other bands they actually managed to get out of that phase again with utilitarian and have been forward moving since then...
