Similar to Bjork's Medulla, Hiromi composes an album entirely from her favorite musical instrument and abandons everything else. Also like Medulla, Place to Be is obviously more barren than her previous works, for better or worse, and the resulting album is one best suited for fans and is by no means her defining moment.
