The most interesting album Raymond Watts released as PIG since he resurrected the project. There are some dirty, fun grooves here, especially on 'Rock n Roll Refugee', 'Cursed', 'Mobocracy', 'The Wages of Sin' and 'Hell to Pay in the USA'. The second half drags the LP a bit, overall being too long.
