2.0 poor | lancebramsay | March 30th 11 | Snoop fell victim to the generic cookie-cutter create-a-rapstar formula that is incessantly played on the radio. He does show glimpses of his older self with that trademark snoop flow but unfortunately almost every track comes off as completely uninspired. Plus, what's the deal with him rapping about being hard and gettin bitches? He's 39 years old and has a family.

0.0 | Curse. | March 31st 12 | "Ay Snoop,rI was at your show last night at the State Theatre in Portland ME, and were above
and beyond expectations. And I swear you were singing right to me hahaha everyone laughs but
I swear by it, he was lookin at me! And whoever is screening this mail for him best forward
on, cuz I KNOW he remembers me Serious though I could feel the frustration, while
bringing songs of peace and music that vibes to a bunch of kids pushing towards the stage,
who can't even "jump, jump" to the beat, you call that dancin?, don't know how to slide a
head, not concerned with the lyrical legend spittin before them. I'm not tryna say I know
the ins and outs of your music, in fact I only know select few songs.. But I know the
respect that your music instills in me anyway.. and your show demonstrated. I want to say
thank you for coming to Maine and giving a little taste of old school culture to a
generation sorely in need of it. Love what you stand for." I am ashamed to know this
person

2.5 average | bnb96 | December 22nd 11 | Im a fan of snoop, but this album is not snoop. It's an average album and nothing more and nothing left. Mabey he should wait a year or two and think about what he put's out and then mabey should drop an album thats a better then good record. Nice try but definitly not the best.

2.0 poor | Henomeister | July 11th 11 | The same crap that's plagued his post- Death Row career. It's better then Ego Trippin, equal with The Blue Carpet Treatment but below Malice In Wonderland (which was decent). A few sparks of old Snoop are hinted at here, but it's mainly crap.

3.0 good | PrettyToney | April 10th 11 | It's okay. Snoop's getting old. There's a lot of bullshit on here that should have been left on the drawing board, but there's some G funk stuff as well.

0.0 | Bulldog | April 5th 11 | This is better than a lot of his post-Death Row output - save The Blue Carpet Treatment and Rhythm & Gangsta - and certainly better than Ego Trippin' and Malice In Wonderland, but Snoop just ain't cuttin' it no mo'.

3.5 great | themindtrick | April 1st 11 | Snoop Dogg seems willing to do anything. He provides old school outings (even bringing in funk legend Bootsie Collins in two of his tracks), mainstream sounds (Wet, Boom) and unexpected experimentations (Superman). It's flawed, but its not bad. Snoop speaks of familiar subjects with charisma and his signature flow. He may not be going for nostalgia, but its still worth a listen (if you have an open mind)
