Sydney sample and ambient artist 'a dead orchestra' released their debut EP on 09 January 2013.
The EP included tracks that the production had created over the course of 2012. The music incorporates a narrative style album design using tracks as "Acts" in the overall story the album is telling. The songs themselves are produced using warped and often compressed/depressed sound samples to create the flowing sound-scape evident in "The Liar's Gambit".
The band is influenced by several artists in and out of the ambience genre including Brian Eno, Nine Inch Nails, Kolumbus and Fortet
The band's debut album "Black Trein" will be released soon to be available to the public.
