Versus The Mirror,Not a new band, but now coming into the music world headstrong. Currently on Equal Vision records, the band released a 5 track EP titled Smoke It To The Rope back in the 2004 days and is now having it reproduced with EV. They are currently working on some new stuff with EV and can be sampled on their myspace. This hardcore/screamo band will keep you on the edge of your seat with the raw screaming, awesome guitar riffs, and sweet drumming. Personally, i think this sounds like a more badass version of Underoath without the lame singing. There is a hint of breakdowns in the music but not oh so much.Basically, this is a great band, easy to listen to if you're into hardcore/metal music, worth checking out forsure.
