Trophy Scars is a post-hardcore band from Morristown, New Jersey. In 2002, the band made its debut with the self-recordedalbum Darts to theSea, released independently. In 2003, they released their second record also independently, entitled HospitalMusic For The Aesthetics OfLanguage. In early 2005 they released their next EP (their first for The Death Scene RecordingCompany), entitled Goodnight Alchemy. In2006, they released two albums: a re-release of Darts to the Sea on AoA Recordings,which included a 15-track bonus disc titled Sand in theSea; and their full length album Alphabet. Alphabets. on The DeathScene Recording Company, released on June 13, 2006. Sand in the Sea is acompilation of demos and previously unreleasedtracks.
