透明雜誌 (Touming Magazine) is a Taiwanese punk/indie/emo band currently consisting of 洪申豪 (vocals, guitar), 張盛文 (guitar), 唐世杰 (drums), and 林書緯 (bass). Originally formed in 2006, the band's energetic, passionate and youthful sound was influenced by bands such as Pixies, Weezer, Sonic Youth, Superchunk, Cap'n Jazz and NUMBER GIRL. Despite releasing only one album and two EPs over the course of their career, Touming Magazine rose to become one of the most significant bands in the Taiwanese indie rock scene, also eliciting an enthusiastic response in Japan. The band became inactive in 2016 but abruptly returned in 2020; frontman Hom Shenhao formed VOOID in the interim. « hide |
