The Dopamines are a punk rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio formed by Jon Lewis (guitar, vocals) Jon Weiner (bass, vocals), and Michael Dickson (drums). At times Mikey Erg from The Ergs! will serve as a second guitarist for the band.[1]
The band was formed in late 2006, and signed with It's Alive Records to release their 2008 self-titled debut album.The next year saw them release an ep titled "Soaps And Lampshades", a split ep with The Copyrights, and a live CD/DVD of their performance at the 2008 Insubordination Fest.
