uploaded the song "Melt" to the website Nico Nico Douga, he used the Vocaloid program Hatsune Miku to provide the vocals and used apicture of

interest in "Melt" and Supercell was created as a result of this collaboration; the project eventually grew to accommodate 11members before
their major label debut.
Supercell's music was uploaded to Nico Nico Douga for the first couple of years of their existence. They were picked up by Sony's Music
labeland re-released their eponymous album which they had released independently during their indies period. They picked up vocalist Nagi
Yanagito perform vocals, although the songs on "Supercell" were still completed using the Hatsune Miku Vocaloid since the material was allfrom
their indies period.
Supercell's releases often follow a central lyrical theme and are well known for their bulky artwork booklets that come bundled with
