Rooga are a female-fronted 4-piece Alternative rock band based in Vienna, Austria. They integrate various elements of modern rock, funk and melodic hard rock in their music. Their debut album "Leaving the Scene" (2008) taps more into funk and crossover territory while their follow-up record "Behind the Mirror" rather sounds like a hybrid of post-grunge and alternative rock/metal.
