Merci Baboon born in August 2008 after a jammin in the home studio of Kike, at that period Mööl and Mademoiselle were in love;Then came out "I" and "II" songs that were refined after hearing the recordings of the jammin. Came more ideas, they left othersongs that were taking the group to a free music of rules in which each brought their influences to shape the sound.After several months without finding a particular name, seeing Fantomas concert at the end Mööl heard "Merci baboon" bepronounced by mike patton and proposed as name, afterwards, we found that the words were "merci beaucoup"
