Marco Beltrami, is an Italian-American, Academy Award nominated film composer. Beginning initially with the Scream franchise, Beltrami has scored mainly for the action movie genre, incorporating a signature style that blends leaves of biting percussion, suspenseful electronica and classical motifs. In 2007 he earned an Academy Award nomination for his efforts in the remake of the 1957 Western classic, “3:10 to Yuma”.
