Majke are a Croatian hard rock band from Vinkovci formed in the late 80's and are one of the best acts in this country's history. With 6 LPS in 8 years, they've formed a strong cult of followers and are very popular in the ex-Yugoslavian territory, despite not having released a new album in over 12 years now.
In 2000. Majke officially parted ways, with the explanation that the frontman, Goran Bare, had ambitions of his own, wanting to make a solo career. In 2007. their reunion was official, and in 2008. they've recorded a live album named Unplugged including their most popular songs played unplugged in Zagreb.
