Lucybell are a Chilean alternative rock band. Through their discography, they've played a variety of genres, including synthpop, dreampop, indie rock, dream pop, darkwave, among others, reflective of their musical interests when the original members first met while in college (University of Chile, studying Bachelor's degree of Arts and English). Peces, their debut (1995), was certified as a gold record by the RIAA, and with the release of their second album, Viajar (1996), they consolidated as one of the most well-known and essential chilean rock bands, even to this day.
