xLIFERUINERx was originally founded as a straight-edge, hardcore band, from the Greater Toronto Area, Canada formed in 2004. The band was originally
created to make a sort of joke against mainstream straight-edge bands by writing lyrics about hate and death rather than preaching their lifestyle.[1]
The band is currently on its second incarnation, dubbed "Liferuiner US" by fans. The Canadian band has released two full albums: No Saints, and Taking
Back The Night Life. Over the years, the lineup and name of xLIFERUINERx has changed extensively, with the band having over 100 members perform
songs written by a core six people. The band which has been known to have a constant revolving door of members, none of which are original, and have
been replaced at least 4 times over.
