Jason F. Sellards, better known as Jake Shears, is best known as the lead singer for the pop band Scissor Sisters, who achieved considerable chart success in the 2000s before their hiatus in 2012. He released his debut solo album in August 2018 and his disco-pop sophomore effort, Last Man Dancing, in June 2023.
