Jermaine Lamarr Cole (born January 28, 1985), better known as J. Cole (sometimes stylized as J.Cole), is an American rapper and producer. He is the first rapper to be signed to Jay-Z's label Roc Nation. His debut album is set to be titled Cole World: The Sideline Story. In June 2011 he announced that the recording of the album was finished, and that the release date is set for September later that year.
