Index Case is the self titled album by Index Case, released on September 27, 2005 via Mortal Music. This is the band's first commercially released album, this is the same album recorded for No Name/Elektra, with slight alterations to the track listing's order and a newer mix of the album. There were, also, subtle differences made for some tracks. The differences include alternate intros, outros, instrumental additions/deletions, the deletion of a bonus track and other small changes that were made between the No Name/Elektra version(known amongst fans as The L version) and the Mortal Music version(also known amongst fans as the Self-Titled version).
