Ida the Young is an indie folk band from Pilsen, Czech Republic. Apart from the founding duo Iris Hobson-Mazur (vocals) and Marek Koliha (guitar), the band currently consists of Filip Simon (drums), Jakub Richtárech (keyboards, bass) and Pavel Kielberger (guitar, bass).
In their music, this young Pilsen band, in their own words, combines “intimate, straightforward vocals and captivating lyrics, as well as colourful instrumentation in which they are not afraid to mix genres”.
