Gotic is a Catalan progressive rock band formed in the late 70's by Rafael Escote on the bass, Jep Nuix on Flute and Piccolo,
Jordi Vilaprinyo on Keyboards, and Jordi Marti on drums and percussion. They were a one-shot band: the 1978 release
"Escenes" is their only album. Oddly they didn't evolve, but the bassist has become a well-recieved musician in Spain. Gotic's
sound is completely instrumental and is dually led by flute/picc and keyboard sounds. Extremely peaceful, relaxing, and jazzy
music are what "Escenes" gives us.
