“Fear The Setting Sun”- an exciting journey through the art of creative original music. Using a dynamic, organic sound of mixed genres, they captivate audiences into a trance through their post rock ambiance, With huge metal riffs that punch and crush into an imploding world of doom. Genre-less limits in their approach to songwriting, and complete do it yourself ethics carry the trio into musical Independence. Stripping back the need to fit a certain social mold. This heavy progressive trio spent most of 2009 performing locally in Brisbane, They recorded their first work (EP/ DEMO) as a self titled and private release in 2010, backed up by supporting Estonian doom band “Talbot” and U.S sludge band “Acid king”. They took their live sound abroad in 2011 where they played in Bangkok Thailand, Metal festivals in Jakarta Indonesia and also visited New Zealand. Late 2012 the band launched their new full length album "Of Slumber Woods Once Spoke" In Brisbane and Sydney before venturing back to tour South East Asia in Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. « hide
