The one-man project of British musician James Fogarty. Ewigkeit's sound started off as a basic black metal sound, but eventually evolvedintoanelectronically-driven ambient metal sound with heavy political overtones, dealing with issues such as government conspiracyandmasssurveillance. The project dissolved in 2007 after Fogarty grew unhappy with the fashion in which people were viewing Ewigkeitas.Fogartyburned all contracts that he had held with record labels and moved on to form another one-man project called The Bombs ofEnduringFreedom.
