Daniel Jacques (aka Crudo) grew up in South-Ede, Netherlands. He was surrounded by music from a very early age and started
producing hip hop music in the late 90’s with a second hand sampler: the Akai MPC 2000XL. Around 1999 the soulful side of Techno
attracted Daniel’s interest and steered his production style towards Detroit styled Techno music.

Detroit based labels being rejected for years until he was finally recognized by DJ Bone from Detroit and invited to do the Subject
