There have been two bands named Custard.
One was an Australian indie rock band from Brisbane formed in 1989. The members disbanded in 1999 after a heavy international touring schedule and relocation to Sydney left them in poor spirits. In 2000, they temporarily reformed for one last hoorah, recording their final album Loverama and a compilation of their best songs named Goodbye Cruel World. During their heyday they were a popular live act, appearing prominently for several years in the Triple J Hottest 100.
Custard is also a German Power Metal band in the style of Hammerfall. They were formed in 1987. Currently on the Belgian label Mausoleum Records.
