Children Collide are a three piece indie/alt. rock group hailing from Melbourne Australia. Forming in 2004 and their current membership include Johnny Mackay (guitar/vocals) and Heath Crawley (bass) and Ryan Caesar (drums). Combining biting riffs, energetic vocals and a pumping rhythm section, the group mingle dirty and clean areas of grunge-rock, punk, indie and alt. rock in a slurry of high energy music.
Their 2008 debut The Long Now was recorded in Los Angeles by Dave Sardy (Oasis/Wolfmother/Jet), and has received positive acclaim since its release during October. They further broke onto the scene with the inclusion of their song "Farewell Rocketship" on Triple J's Hottest 100 2008 compilation at number 66.
