Cenobia is an independent solo artist from Sydney, Australia. The project is draped in intentional mystery, employing a mysterious character under the moniker 'Cenobia' to obscure the identity of the artist. The project released it's first single 'Devour Me' in May 2025, followed up by 'Throne of Want' in September of that year. The most recent single "Make us Whole Again" released in March 2026. Cenobia's music combines elements of alternative/progressive metal and post rock. The style includes a 'full band' sound including metallic guitar riffing and chugging, complex metal inspired drumming with prominent bass line accompaniments and a combination of clean and screamed vocals.
