Buddy Lackey is the ex-vocalist of Psychotic Waltz and now (credited as Devon Graves) vocalist of Deadsoul Tribe.
He released one album, 'The Strange Mind of Buddy Lackey', which is similar to later Psychotic Waltz albums (progressive metal
with psychedelic influences) but slightly less complex.
'The Strange Mind of Buddy Lackey' was released after Psychotic Waltz’s second album, 'Into the Everflow', in 1993.
