Amycanbe hail from the coastal area of Romagna in north-eastern Italy. Originally comprised of Marco and Mattia, they formed in 2002. After
one year they met Francesca, and the band started taking shape. The approach and the musical taste of the trio, coming from different
experiences, perfectly complimented each other. Shortly, light but never banal compositions emerged from the band. Francesca's singing came
together with simple and measured arrangements. The fourth element of the band, Paolo (wind instruments, guitar and synth) brought strength
to all these characteristics. There was and remains a common interest with Amycanbe to combine acoustic and electronic sounds.
