Melee is an American alternative rock band group consisting of four members, Chris Cron as lead vocals, piano, and guitar, Ricky Sans as lead guitar, and vocals, Ryan Malloy as bass, and vocals, and Mike Nader as drums and vocals. Melee is known for its beautiful melodies and catchy tunes produced by the vocalist Chris’s high soaring voice and the other member’s rhythmical beats. Melee is an American alternative rock band group consisting of four members, Chris Cron as lead vocals, piano, and guitar, Ricky Sans as lead guitar, and vocals, Ryan Malloy as bass, and vocals, and Mike Nader as drums and vocals. Melee is known for its beautiful melodies and catchy tunes produced by the vocalist Chris’s high soaring voice and the other member’s rhythmical beats. The three members except Mike were childhood friends and had started playing music together when they entered a high school in Orange County, California. While college students they decided to do music seriously, so they contracted to a record company called Sub City which is an associated company of an indie label record company called Hopeless Records, and then a drummer Mike joined the group. In 2004, they released their debut album “Everyday Behavior” which regarded as poorly matured sounds by some people, and wasn’t really successful. Having done huge number of lives, they changed the record company to Warner Bros Records and released their second album “Devils & Angels” which includes their hit song “Built to last”. This album was critically acclaimed, and proved that they are capable of producing mellow songs. Their songs are written by Cron and Sans, the idea of the lyrics based of their experience in real life. It is said that Melee has not only young fans but also wide variety of supporters due to their various types of songs, which range pop rocks from moving ballads.
