Dream On, Dreamer is an Australian five piece post-hardcore band from Melbourne formed in 2009. They released their debut EPthroughBoomtown Records on 4 June 2010 titled Hope. The release of the EP was followed by many national tours with bandssuch as Pierce the Veil,Attack Attack! and Deez Nuts. The band released their debut album "Heartbound" in August 2011,through their signing with Rise Records. Thealbum was produced by Cameron Mizell (Memphis May Fire, I See Stars, Woe, IsMe) and features The Getaway Plan vocalist Matthew Wright onthe single "To the Lost".
