Divinefire is a Christian power metal group founded in spring 2004 by Finnish Jani Stefanovic and Swedish Christian Rivel.The group signed a contract with King Records, in Japan where the release of their first album, Glory Thy Name took place 18 December 2004. One month later it was released in Western countries by Rivel Records, Christian Rivel's label.Their style mixes power metal with both melodic and aggressive elements.
