Mark Collie is a country singer/actor from Tennessee. He had his biggest hit "Even the Man in the Moon is Crying" in 1993. He hasn't released an album since 1998, but had a song on the soundtrack to The Punisher, which he appeared in.
He is a diabetic and devotes most of his time towards research for a cure.
