Kronos (France) formed in 1994. At the beginning they played heavy thrash metal influenced by bands like Slayer. After some changes in the line-up they started to play the style of death metal they still have now. Fast, aggresive, brutal death metal, with melodic elements.
The band write all their lyrics about Greek Mythology, from a gore point of view. The name ``Kronos`` is derived from the name of the Greek god of time, Cronos, father of Zeus.
