Pogo (real name Nick Bertke) is an electronic music artist living in Perth, Western Australia. His work consists of recording small samples from films, tv shows, video games, etc., and sequencing the sounds together to form a new piece of music. He has done commissioned work for companies such as Pixar and Microsoft. In 2010, his "Gardyn" video (a remix of sounds of his mother and her garden - a mother's day gift), was featured in the YouTube Play Exhibition in New York. In September 2011, Nick was arrested during a US tour due to an improper visa. He spent three weeks in custody and is prohibited from re-entering the US for ten years.
