Alejandro Escovedo is a Mexican-American singer/songwriter from San Antonio. Born into a musical family, whose lineage
includes Prince drummer Sheila E., Alejandro formed the first-wave punk band The Nuns. No Depression magazine named him
'Artist of the Decade' in 1997.
