Neverending White Lights aren't a band, but rather one man. Daniel Victor is the mastermind behind NWL, one of todays up and coming Canadian alt/indie acts. Working with such artists on his album, Act 1: Goodbye Friends of the Heavenly Bodies, as Raine Maida (Our Lady Peace), Dallas Green (Alexisonfire, City and Colour), and Scott Anderson (Finger Eleven).
