Injected grew up together in the same small town outside of Atlanta, has played together for the better part of the last decade, and been each other's best friends throughout. Together they have faced the usual industry challenges along with personal and spiritual conflicts, which ultimately have helped sustain their musical and creative output since the band's inception. In April 2016, guitarist Jade Lemons died of a drug overdose. The band had partially completed their most recent album "The Truth About You" when Lemons untimely passing occurred.
