Final Days of Autumn, a blues/alternative rock band from Brisbane, Australia is somewhat of an Aussie supergroup. It is made up of members from prominent Australian bands such as Clint Boge (Vocals) of The Butterfly Effect, Jono Balt (Keys) and Tony McCall (Drums) from Resin Dogs; and Dan Alder (Bass) and Joal Pascoe (Guitar) who both enjoyed time in Shifter. The band came together after Clint, Dan and Joal shared a house in Brisbane and began jamming together. In 2007 after putting some demos up on the bands myspace, they embarked on their first tour. After taking a break for most of 2008 to enable the members other bands to release their respective albums, Final Days of Autumn began recording their debut album in November 2008, due to be released early 2009.
