lobsterfight are an indie rock duo from Pueblo, Colorado whose music is a chaotic blend of synthpop, jazz, indietronica,
hardcore, and punk. The project started on June 23rd, 2019 and comprises of vocalist Anguel Sanchez on piano and James Gove on drums.
After a year of back and forth with writing songs, the duo wrote a couple of albums which were halfway finished but were quickly shelved due to severe writer's block. As the duo marched onwards with writing new material, eventually on August 31st, 2020 they would release their debut album "pink, black, and orange in the corners." to a very surprising yet incredibly strange positive(?) reception in which both members were not expecting whatsoever. They remain thankful to this very day.
