Writing On the Wall were a psychedelic/progressive rock band from Scotland. They moved to London and became the houseband at
the Middle Earth club, and later released the Power Of The Picts album in 1970. Original copies of the album are nowvery valuable,
but upon its release many radio stations considered the sound to be too heavy for airplay.
