Wormed, a death metal outfit hailing from Madrid, Spain, is one of the more unique metal bands to emerge in the early 00s. They have often described their sound as "Experimental Hyper Ultra Brutal Death Metal", a tag that fits them very well. They creat death metal that is a true flurry of brutality and technicality. Lead by vocalist Phlegton, they have crafted one of the most unusual sounds to date. Top it off with their lyrical themes - space math, and the human mind - and you have a little more than your run-of-the-mill death metal band.
