Wilderun is a Symphonic Folk Metal band based out of Boston, Massachusetts.http://wilderun.bandcamp.com/Given the immense popularity of folk metal in Europe, Wilderun felt it was time for the genre to have a strong voice west of the Atlantic. Theband combines original material with traditional folk songs, many of which have been pulled from America's rich repertoire. Wilderun's goal isto bring these old and lost folk tales to a modern audience, giving them a fresh, progressive metal twist, as well as creating epic, originalcompositions.
