Walter Wegmüller (1937 - 2020) was a Swiss painter and recording artist. After travelling the world painting and making jewelry he would specialise in tarot cards. His friend, psychologist and writer Timothy Leary, introduced him to Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser of Germany's legendary krautrock label Ohr Records, whereupon they agreed that Wegmüller would record an album themed around tarot.
