Initially named Vagiant, Tijuana Sweetheart are a Boston-based all-girl punk band that combine elements of Joan Jett-esque
classic punk, hardcore punk, and 90s alternative rock for their own distinctive sound. They have released three albums to date:
Public Display of Infection, Trash Candy, and Under the Gun. Additionally, their song "Fuck the Kells" has appeared in the video
game Guitar Hero II, and another song "Seven" appeared in Rock Band.
Recommended for fans of classic 70s punk, as well as fans of Oi! and street punk.
