The.Someone believes they are a necessity to their generations modern music culture. Having a very specific agenda in their music, The.Someone mixes composite influences together to come out with a wide range of sounds, yet still lets their originality recognizable in each song. Every sound in every song has the intention to provoke passion on the themes written on. Front-man, Christian Victory is song-writer who has nothing to hide. His tactic in lyric writing is to be honest about what is most valuable in his heart. Having a greater picture of why he is a musician, he understands that his songs have a purpose to broadcast to the individual person that their life matters. Performing since he was twelve years old, Christian strives to create sounds that people can be part of. Christian along with his best friends, Dion Jacobs, and DJ Wheeler come together to create a vibrant energy on stage, imparting driving rhythms and melodies that people catch onto and get excited about. Songs like “You Surround” and “Ever After” give a dynamic elated sound with the message of real hope. Songs like “Awake the Dead” and “Dreams of the West” create an eerie sound, which asks provocative questions that stir up a discontent for injustice. Whereas songs like “Find me with the Hopeless” and “War” express extreme passion with overdriven guitars and raw screaming vocals. Uniting together in the summer of 2007, The.Someone immediately started touring and performing in schools and venues across Canada reaching approximately 40,000 teenagers. Upon finishing, recording their debut album was their next task. “Someonetospeak.Someonetolisten.Someonetocare.Someonetochange." was released in the winter of 2008. The.Someone is very excited to share their sound with the world, with the strong intention to show human kind that they are alive for a purpose and have unimaginable value. « hide
