The Psycho Realm is a Hip Hop project consisting of the Gonzalez Brothers (Sick Jacken & Big Duke), and for a brief period of time B-Real from Cypress Hill. Three releases into their career the future of the group remains undecided as Big Duke remains in paralysis following a gunshot attack in 1999 (all of his lines on the albums following the incident were pre-recorded) and B-Real's departure after their debut due to contractual obligations.
