The Damnwells is an alternative rock band hailing from Brooklyn. They formed in 2001, but after having gone through many lineup changes, the only consistent member of the band is vocalist Alex Dezen.
The band has three studio albums under its belt: 2003's 'Bastards of the Beat', 2006's 'Air Stereo' and 2009's 'One Last Century' (the latter of which was released for free). They tasted mainstream attention when five of their songs were featured on the soundtrack of the movie
