British indie-rockers Swicthes officially formed in 2004 before being signed the same year to Degenerate Records. They released their first EP, Message From Yuz, in 2006 with Degenrate before breaking the mainstream with their first full-length, Lay Down the Law, with Atlantic Records (after releasing a less successful EP with the same title). Their single "Drama Queen" off the debut hit #61 on the charts in the UK (2007) and by mid-2008, #9 in the US.
