Sun Shadow (Tin’ Sontsia) is a fiery mix of Ukrainian ethnic music combining different genres of metal-rock. All songs are written in Ukrainian, one of the prettiest languages in the world (Slavonic group), but also some songs are translated into English.
The world of Tin’ Sontsia is an impetuous flight beyond time. That is why ancient forgotten relics revive in the band’s songs. The spirit of their music is born in the Eastern Slavonic land (Ancient Rus’), mostly in Central Ukraine, painting a landscape of the immortal Steppes. According to the band, "Sometimes we hear the voices of our ancestors, sometimes we dream about the legends; at times we find ourselves in a mystic world often associated with gothic culture, and sometimes we just enjoy lyrical songs".
